2. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Vendors handle their own shipping, delivery times, and policies.
  • Vendors must comply with applicable laws and regulations related to their products.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Buyers must provide accurate shipping and billing information.
  • Buyers are responsible for reviewing product details, including size, materials, and shipping options, before purchasing.
  • All sales are subject to vendor policies regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

4. Commissions and Payments

  • CraftsCity charges vendors a 10% commission on each sale.
  • Vendors can choose a Free Starter plan (limited listings) or Premium subscription for additional features.
  • Commissions are automatically calculated at checkout.

5. Affiliate Program

  • Our affiliate program allows registered affiliates to earn commissions for referred sales.
  • Affiliate commissions are tracked automatically.
  • Payouts and rules are determined by the affiliate program terms.

6. Shipping

  • Vendors manage their own shipping options.
  • Buyers will see shipping choices at checkout (e.g., Royal Mail, Courier).
  • Shipping costs and delivery times are determined by the vendor.

7. Orders and Payments

  • Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe and PayPal.
  • CraftsCity does not store customer payment information.
  • All transactions are subject to the payment provider’s terms of service.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are handled directly by the vendor according to their policies.
  • Buyers should contact the vendor directly for issues with products.

9. Account Responsibility

  • Users (buyers, vendors, and affiliates) are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on CraftsCity, including images, text, and branding, is owned by the site or its vendors.
  • Users may not use content for commercial purposes without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • CraftsCity is a platform connecting buyers and vendors.
  • We are not liable for product quality, shipping delays, or disputes between buyers and vendors.
  • Use the marketplace at your own risk.

12. Governing Law
